I can't find my YouTube channel. What can I do?
The YouTube search on the product page only shows the top 50 results. In that case you can find your channel using the following methods:
- Enter your YouTube channel link in the search box. Example value: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-lHJZR3Gqxm24_Vd_AJ5Yw
- Enter your YouTube channel ID in the search box. Example value: UC-lHJZR3Gqxm24_Vd_AJ5Yw

How can I become sponsored channel?
It is really simple! It takes up to 5 minutes if you follow these steps:
- Navigate to the product page.
- Select your YouTube account by using the search box in step 1.
- Select a promotion package that suits your goals.
- Click the big green ‘Get Promoted’ button at the bottom of the page. You will now be redirected to the checkout.
- Fill in the required personal checkout details.
- Select one of the available payment methods and make the payment.
- Congratulations, you are now a sponsored channel on the YTSC website! You will receive an e-mail to verify your order within 5 minutes.
Why can I choose different promotion packages, and which should I choose?
We offer a few different promotion packages. Each of these packages have a different promotion duration. The naming convention of the YTSC promotion packages are based on the YouTube creator awards. Please note that you do not need any of these awards to get a different or higher package.
Which package you should pick depends on your goals. Every day you promote your YouTube channel raises the chance at more subscribers / video views. Our promotion packages become cheaper if you choose a longer duration. This is how our promotion rates are calculated:

What happens when multiple channels have a promotion in the same period?
Our sponsored channel section shows up to 5 YouTube channels at once. When there are more than 5 sponsored channels, the visitor has the possibility to click “Load more” to display the others. The maximum amount of channels in the sponsored channel section is 50 channels at once.
How is the channel order of the sponsored channel section determined?
The order of the sponsored channels is randomized. This means that every time the YTSC website is loaded, the order of the sponsored channels changes. This way we keep it fair when multiple channels are sponsored at once.
Will my YouTube channel be exposed to risks by using this service?
Using the YTSC promotion service is not in violation of the YouTube terms of service, because we don’t force people to subscribe to your channel and don’t use bots or fake accounts.
Ten thousands of real YouTube enthusiasts and creators on a daily base will see your channel on our website, and if they like what they see they will watch your content and subscribe. Therefore your channel is not at risk by using our service.
Am I allowed to make a different YouTube channel than mine sponsored?
Sure thing. If you want to gift a sponsorship to your friend or favorite YouTuber; why not! We will however have to take the channel down from the sponsored channel section when the YouTuber asks us, so it’s better to ask consent first.

How long will it take after my payment until my channel is visible on the website?
After your payment has been received and your order has been accepted, your YouTube channel will appear in the sponsored channel section in approximately 5 minutes. Please note that some payment methods can take longer to process (E.G. 24 hours for a SEPA payment).
Is your channel not visible in the YTSC sponsored channel section after 5 minutes? Please remove your cookies and restart your browser or press CTRL + Shift + R to refresh your web browser. Is it still not visible? Please contact us.
Something went wrong, how do I cancel my purchase?
Payment failed? Chose the wrong YouTube channel or promotion package? Please contact us or send an email to support@subscribercounter.com and include your order number (can be found in the confirmation email of your order). We will check what happened and try to fix it as soon as possible. We will respond within 24 hours.
Why do I need to fill in my personal data and is it safe?
